Ronnie serait impliqué dans une afffaire d'homicide.Il y aurait eu une altercation entre un de ces amis et une personne nomée Michael Cooks , ce dernier aurait perdu la vie suite à un coup porté avec une arme a feu.
Certes ce n'est pas Ronnie qui à tiré , mais Marcel Colquitt [un de ces amis, qui suite à tout ceci à mis fin à ses jours en septembre dernier]. Il y avait 6 personnes impliqué dans cette bagarre [Marcel et Michael Colquitt , Ronnie Radke , Michael Cooks et Jack et Chase Rader.] , Ronnie Radke à plaider compable bien que ce ne soit pas lui qui est tiré ...<== [apparement cett phrase porte à confusion -_______-' je tiens à préciser que Ronnie à plaider coupable pour les charges retenues contre lui (voir si-dessous) ]
Les charges retenus contre lui sont les suivantes: -Coups et blessures sur la personne de Michael Cooks.-Détention d'armes [oui dans la bagarre il y avait des battes de bases-ball et autres mais surtout des armes à feu]
-Sous l'emprise de la drogue et de l'alcool
-[...]
Il devra donc: verser une somme de 100,000$ de dommage et intêret à la mére de Michael Cooks
-entrer en cure de désintoxication
-Interdiction de quitté le territoire pendant 5 ans

I would like to thank those of you that realize a person died that day (my son). Ronnie did not pull the trigger that killed my son, but he did challenge Marcel to a fight and did bring his best friend who not only had a gun but also had a bandana over his face. You cannot tell me that Ronnie did not know this... he was in the same truck!
I have already seen posts that blame me for ruining teenagers lives and posts saying "f*** that bitches son- people care more about Escape The Fate than her gay @ss son". To those people... you don't know me or my son and I will try not to take these attacks to heart. To answer questions... Michael did have an older sister and 2 younger brothers, a mother, a father, a step-mother, a step-father, a serious girl in his life, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who miss him daily. There have been 3 babies named after him so far.
To those of you showing your sympathy and compassion... thank you from the bottom of my heart. It means a lot.
Marcel Colquitt was who Ronnie challenged to the fight. He felt a lot of guilt over my sons death and did commit suicide on Sept. 19th at the age of 22. To Escape the Fate... I have talked to one of the members of the band on a couple of occasions. I have nothing against the band and wish them all of the success in the world and they know that. This horrible event involved Ronnie not Escape the Fate. Don't blame the band.

One more thing-- regarding the restitution that Ronnie was ordered to pay. I did not ask for anything but Justice. The Judge ordered the restitution. I could really give a flying crap about money. It will never bring back what I want most in my life-- my son Michael.
